ABOUT US
In 2022, Chuck and Jeanette had a vision to bring the same commitment to quality and taste that they put into their whiskey, into the realm of beer. So they started collecting the brewing pieces they needed from different breweries. They also began building a beautiful 4,000 square foot taproom. Chuck likes to enjoy a good lager at the end of the day, and was tired of drinking someone else’s creation. Given his love for lager, that’s just where he started! Using the same homegrown barley on the farm that he uses for his American Single Malt whiskey, Chuck meticulously cooked, boiled, and fermented his new mash. When he was done, our Underground Lager was born. Chuck has converted the eight stall barn, once used to raise winning race horses, into his beautiful brewery. Now he spends his free time researching new flavor profiles and different and exciting hops varieties.
